xQc

xQc, who originally identified as xQcOW when he was an Overwatch professional player, is seen as much more than just a gamer these days, often referred to as more of an internet personality or celebrity.

He’s the kind of streamer that betting sites, like Stake, are attracted to, because if they can convince them to stream themselves gambling using their site, there is a good chance they will be advertising to upwards of 100,000 viewers at a time.

xQc, whose real name is Felix Lengyel, is from Canada, so he’s also already one step ahead of the many American streamers that have to move to either Canada or Mexico to avoid the strict US crypto-gambling laws. xQc - the ‘x’ is taken from his forename and the ‘Qc’ comes from his home province of Quebec.

Felix was encouraged by fellow Twitch streamer TrainwrecksTV to begin gambling on stream, but this did mean that he took the same approach at highlighting problem gambling, displaying gambling warning signs as a stream overlay to discourage vulnerable viewers.

xQc Streaming Platform

xQc is amongst the biggest streamers on Twitch, pulling in over 50,000 concurrent viewers regardless of whether he’s gambling or gaming. If there is an event happening or a new game is released, it’s never surprising to see his viewer count hit six figures.

Since the ban on gambling on Twitch, xQc has remained in place and has not yet been tempted to move to another platform in order to keep gambling.

This decision was arguably much easier for Felix than many other streamers, though, as his viewer count, contracts and general gaming diversity mean he is certainly not reliant on gambling streams to attract an audience and therefore income.

Who knows, though, with Twitch continuing to rustle feathers with payment changes and increased advertisements, even the King Of Twitch himself could be convinced to join TrainwrecksTV’s new platform as soon as it is ready.

xQc Stake Games

As with video games in general, xQc is always keen to give a bit of everything a go. When such talent is present, it would be a loss not to.

While gambling was permitted on Twitch, he was known to try (and succeed in) many different Stake Casino games, including slots, roulette, blackjack and even a bit of Plinko.

In terms of slots games, Dog House, Book Of Shadows and Gates Of Olympus have been some of the goldmines xQc has run into, so it’s no surprise when he turns back to them for a chance of winning more millions.

xQc Alternative Games

xQc has been streaming since 2016, and as we mentioned earlier, was originally known as a professional Overwatch player. After some issues with other players and his explosive personality, he soon turned his focus exclusively to streaming, though.

He has been known to give any game a try, especially when new popular games are released. CSGO, Fortnite, Call Of Duty and many more shooter games were some obvious titles to get stuck into, however he does also put his entertainment value to good use with Just Chatting streams and even some Grand Theft Auto Roleplay on the popular NoPixel server.

Viewers like to see Felix react to certain things, whether it’s gameplay clips, news, memes or anything else, so streaming in the Just Chatting category enables him to just sit, talk to chat and click any links that are sent.

On the GTARP NoPixel server, X plays as the leader of the Gulag Gang - Jean-Paul. His character even brought crypto to the server in the form of X-Coin.

xQc Socials

If you love xQc’s entertainment or just capital letters in general, his Twitter is the place to keep up to date with his socials. He’ll let his fans know if he’s not going to be streaming, if he’s feeling unwell, or he’ll just share anything that he feels is worth sharing, like a Five Guys hotdog.

Felix isn’t very active on Instagram, but he does have it, and there’s a good chance that if you run into him at a streaming convention then there could well end up being a picture of you with him on this platform.

If you’ve got TikTok, he can be found there, too. On his “TwitchxQc” channel, he will consistently upload clips for his half-a-million fans that follow him there.

Is xQc Fake?

When you have millions of people tuning into your stream every time you go live throughout its duration, it certainly couldn’t be easy to suddenly start living a lie. X is always very honest about the money he is using and payments he has received from companies like Stake in terms of sponsorships.

There are many DM leaks available online that show the money he is offered, which can be compared to how much he is gambling on stream.

Summary Of xQc

xQc is a quirky character, who has cemented himself as one of the most popular online entertainers alongside the likes of Dream, Pewdiepie, Ninja and other big names.

As one of the biggest streamers on Twitch, you can see him go live almost daily, with streams lasting anywhere between 6-10 hours and beyond. Whether he’s streaming Stake, shooter games or roleplay will be a surprise though, as he quite often decides what he wants to do as he goes along.
