Chelsea still have their fate in their own hands, with the Blues sitting in fourth in the Premier League, one point clear of Manchester City in fifth.

While they have fourth-place and the final Champions League spot in their own hands, they have to start winning consistently. Perhaps their clash against Tottenham is the perfect place to get back to winning ways.

Chelsea have beaten their opponents in their last three meetings. The Blues have won eight of their 14 at home, while they have won their last four in the league at Stamford Bridge.

Tottenham have been awful this season, and they return to league action without a win in their last three. Indeed, they were beaten by Manchester City and Fulham, while they took a point from Bournemouth at home.

Their lack of wins leaves them in 14th in the table with 34 points. Spurs trail Chelsea in fourth by 15 points. They will arrive at Stamford Bridge with five wins in 14 away games, while they have drawn once and lost eight times.

While I predict that Tottenham will score, I do not see them winning this one as they slip to yet another defeat.

Chelsea will be desperate to return to league action with a win, and I back them to secure the win they need despite failing to keep a clean sheet.
