Dead Patients

When two or more Dead Patient symbols land on the reels, one of them reveals a random multiplier between 5x and 9,999x. This can lead to epic payouts in the base game.

Enhancer Cells

Like the original, there are three Enhancer Cells on Mental 2. These are positioned at the bottom of reels 2, 3, and 4. These cells are activated by Fire Frames.

If there was a win before the xHole activated, those symbols are returned to the same positions.

xMental
